Job summary

Bosch Home Comfort is seeking a Category Manager for our Source 1 business. You will lead strategic analyses to decide which part categories to offer, select suppliers, and negotiate pricing while collaborating across teams to meet revenue, margin, and working capital goals.

The role requires at least 8 years in supply chain, a Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), HVAC/distribution experience, and ~25% travel.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in supply chain experience
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
• HVAC / Distribution experience preferred
• Willing to travel ~25% internationally
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Proficient with MS Office, MS Project and SharePoint

Responsibilities

• Optimize the Source 1 parts supply chain
• Develop strategy for part categories and PN selections (York OEM, competitors, generics)
• Strategic supplier selection including distributors vs direct manufacturer
• Develop and monitor KPIs to improve revenue, reduce costs, and optimize working capital
• Influence cross-functional teams in a global matrix environment
• Track project deliverables and resolve issues to closure
