Job summary

Bosch Homecomfort is seeking a Supplier Fulfillment & Risk Analyst to support supply continuity by monitoring supplier performance and identifying risks using data-driven analysis.

You will collaborate with Procurement, Planning, and Operations teams, track commitments and delivery dates, and help optimize material availability while contributing to business decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and support decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across Procurement, Planning, and Operations.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Advanced English (written and spoken) required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor supplier performance against delivery commitments and schedules.
• Review inventory, forecast, and planning data to identify shortages and risks.
• Track purchase orders and supplier commitments to identify exceptions.
• Maintain supplier commitment data for critical materials.
• Use planning and visibility tools to monitor behavior and demand trends.
• Analyze supply chain data and exception reports to support actions.
• Maintain purchasing and procurement master data across systems.
• Support supplier communications and escalations for open orders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuity of supply.
• Contribute to process improvements in data quality and reporting.
