Bosch Homecomfort is seeking an Indirect Materials Buyer III to drive sourcing across indirect spend categories. You will partner with stakeholders and suppliers to execute strategic sourcing, evaluate proposals, negotiate terms, and manage contracts.

This role offers a flexible hybrid work model across the Netherlands, opportunities for global procurement exposure across AME/EMEA/APAC, and a focus on cost optimization, supplier performance, and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 6+ years of indirect procurement experience.
• Experience in RFx, strategic sourcing, and Source-to-Pay processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Experience leading supplier negotiations and commercial evaluations.
• English communication skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies for indirect spend categories to optimize cost and create value.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and support procurement decisions.
• Conduct market research and supplier analysis to identify potential vendors and negotiate favorable terms.
• Conduct spend analysis and benchmarking to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with legal and finance to review contracts including SOWs and terms.
• Monitor supplier performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives with strategic suppliers.
• Provide mentorship to junior buyers and act as procurement SME.
• Develop reporting and metrics to support decision making and savings tracking.
• Lead stakeholder enablement and ensure policy compliance.
