Job summary

Transferz is seeking a Partner Success Manager to take full ownership of a portfolio of strategic global partnerships. You will manage commercial relationships, align partner strategy with Transferz priorities, and drive performance improvements across multiple teams to ensure on-time delivery and growth.

You will act as the primary contact for partners, using data to identify risks and opportunities, and leading conversations with executives to expand collaboration and share value across

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Partner Success or strategic account management.
• Proven track record growing large B2B partnerships.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Partner Success activities for your portfolio, including onboarding and rollout.
• Develop account plans with objectives for performance and revenue growth.
• Conduct executive quarterly business reviews with partners.
• Identify opportunities to grow partnerships via new markets and integrations.
• Coordinate with Supply, Customer Service, Product and Data to close performance gaps.
