Zusammenfassung

AbbVie is seeking an experienced Operations Brand Program professional to coordinate strategic supply chain activities across Commercial, R&D, S&T, Legal, Tax, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, Manufacturing and TPMs. You will support Brand/Product forecasts, develop long-range plans, and drive lifecycle strategies to ensure reliable supply and strong brand performance.

This role requires a strong background in operations, supply chain management, and leadership across diverse teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Science.
• 5+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Management, Product Development, and/or Financial Management.
• Proven experience in managing effective teams and collaboration across organizational boundaries.
• Proven excellent presentation, oral, written and communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle conflicting priorities to deliver results.
• Proven capability to manage, implement and influence large change management programs.
• Knowledge of Commercial and Process understanding related to the product/brand they manage.

Aufgaben

• Drive assigned Operations Brand Program projects to ensure timely decisions impacting brand sales, supply assurance and performance.
• Lead negotiations for new contracts or extensions with TPMs and service costs.
• Communicate and elevate issues threatening supply assurance; develop mitigations with cross-functional teams.
• Create viable Brand plans, financial plans, LRPs and lifecycle strategies.
• Interface with Commercial to develop and align Brand/Product forecasts and plans.
• Manage cross-functional programs across plants, TPMs and functions to optimize operations.
• Oversee lifecycle transitions with potential multi-million dollar cost savings.
