Job summary

AbbVie Inc. in the Netherlands seeks an Operations Brand Program professional to align brand strategies with business goals and manage supply chain interfaces across multiple functions. You will support Brand forecasts, lifecycle strategies, and cross-functional execution to secure supply and optimize costs.

The role requires strong collaboration, negotiation skills, and experience in large change programs, with a track record of delivering multi-million dollar savings and cost efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Science plus business and product management in Life Science; MBA or higher education desired but not required.
• 5 or more years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Management, Product Development, and/or Financial Management.
• Proven experience in managing effective teams and fostering collaboration across organizational boundaries.
• A demonstrated success as a collaborative team player
• Proven excellent presentation, oral, written and communication skills
• Proven ability to handle conflicting priorities to deliver results
• Proven capability to manage, implement and influence large change management programs
• Knowledge of the Commercial and Process understanding, and experience of the Product / Brand they manage is a benefit
• Possess understanding of core business processes
• Proven ability to interface effectively in worldwide cultural settings and with executive level management

Responsibilities

• Drive assigned Operations Brand Program projects to ensure timely decisions impacting Brand sales and supply.
• Lead negotiations with TPMs for new contracts or extensions.
• Communicate and elevate issues that threaten assurance of supply.
• Create viable Brand plan, financial plan, LRP, risk management and lifecycle strategies.
• Justify alignment with AbbVie’s business goals and strategic imperatives.
• Develop Brand/Product forecasts with Commercial and monitor external factors impacting Brand/Product(s).
• Coordinate supply chain interface with stakeholders across functions.
• Manage lifecycle transitions with capital/project expenses and cost savings.
• Support cross-functional teams to ensure clear roles and responsibilities.
