Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating with plants, logistics and QA teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Daily contact with supply plants to coordinate finished product, bulk, and ingredients.
• Keep SAP and JDA up to date; inform customers of updates and risks.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and support plant meetings.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and drive continuous improvements.
• Support financial processes including hedging and inventory review.
• Assist with artwork changes by coordinating related supply activity.
• Contribute to S&OE process through root-cause analysis and problem solving.
