Job summary

INDG Grip seeks a Senior Project Manager to orchestrate complex client programs where design, CGI production, development, reviews, vendors, and brand requirements converge.

You will structure how work gets made and shipped, building repeatable delivery models across CGI, digital twins, and interactive assets for consumer products and healthcare. You will balance scope, timing, and quality to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of project management experience in digital, production, CGI (healthcare, consumer products) or interactive environments.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams across design, 3D, development, production, QA, vendors, and client reviewers.
• Working knowledge of traditional PM and Agile methods; Scrum Master or Prince2 certs are useful, but delivery judgment matters more.
• Structured approach to documentation, planning, risk tracking, meeting notes, decision logs, project boards, and client reporting.
• Strong English communication skills, with the ability to clarify complex delivery situations clearly.
• Bonus: CGI, 3D production, digital twins, DAM/PIM/CMS integrations, Healthcare content, regulated content review, or enterprise brand systems.

Responsibilities

• Own complex delivery from kickoff to launch across multiple interdependent projects.
• Connect clients, artists, developers, and vendors, ensuring clear, actionable communication.
• Build delivery systems and repeatable patterns rather than one-off project plans.
• Protect visual quality while balancing scope, timing, budget, and technical constraints.
