Qualifications

• Bachelors in Business Management, Communications, HR, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–5+ years in business operations, program management, employee engagement, or related people-facing role in tech.
• Genuine interest in AI tools with ability to translate technology into practical adoption.
• Experience planning engagement events for distributed/remote teams.
• Strong organizational skills to track recurring obligations (compliance, expenses, time-off).
• Comfort budgeting and reporting on spend with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for a global team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the internal E&V Community of Practice, driving cross-functional knowledge sharing.
• Plan and curate CoP content and sessions to stay relevant and valuable.
• Own and drive the AI enablement journey with tools, training, and use cases.
• Track adoption and gather feedback, iterating the approach as needed.
• Act as go-to resource for AI questions, resources and best practices.
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives for a distributed team.
• Coordinate celebrations to foster a positive team culture.
• Develop engagement content and communications for a globally distributed team.
• Gather and analyze engagement feedback to improve participation.
• Lead employee obligation fulfillment and tracking of mandatory training.
• Serve as point of contact for operational obligations questions.
• Maintain the team budget, track spend and flag variances.
• Support budget-related reporting and leadership visibility.
• Manage team swag: sourcing, ordering, inventory, distribution.
