Job summary

Bentley Systems is seeking a Business Operations Lead for Ecosystem & Ventures (E&V). This role drives how the team learns, connects, and stays engaged, owns the Community of Practice, leads AI enablement, and ensures operations run smoothly across a globally distributed team.

You will manage compliance training, expenses, holidays, budget oversight, swag, and engagement programs, reporting to the Senior Director, Programs and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communications, HR, or related field.
• 2–5+ years in business ops, program management, or people-facing roles, ideally in tech.
• Genuine interest in AI tools with ability to translate technology into practical adoption.
• Experience planning and running engagement events for distributed/remote teams.
• Strong organizational skills to track recurring operational obligations (compliance, expenses, time-off).
• Budget management and reporting with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for a global team.
• Strong project management and stakeholder juggling abilities.
• Proactive and resourceful with enthusiasm for building community and culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead the internal E&V Community of Practice, driving knowledge sharing across the team.
• Plan and curate CoP content and sessions to keep the community active and valuable.
• Oversee the team’s AI enablement journey, identifying tools and use cases for practical adoption.
• Track adoption and gather feedback on AI initiatives, iterating accordingly.
• Be the go-to resource for AI questions, resources, and best practices.
