Job summary

CSI Palletising seeks a Field Service Engineer to keep customers’ palletising systems running at peak performance. You will spend about 70% of your time on customer sites in the Netherlands and abroad, solving complex problems and performing on-site improvements.

You’ll be the face of CSI, taking ownership and making a tangible difference. Extensive training and international collaboration await, with a clear path into advanced software adjustments.

Qualifications

MBO+ or HBO education in Mechatronics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience or strong interest in industrial automation and robotics.
Fluent Dutch and English; German a bonus.
Willing to travel and comfortable with varied environments.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance and inspections on CSI systems.
Diagnose and resolve faults in mechanical, electrical and software aspects.
Execute modifications and upgrades, from short visits to multi‑week projects.
Advise customers on improvements and system expansions.
Train operators and maintenance teams on site.
