Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Core Network Lead based in the Netherlands to drive MVNO core design, integration, and deployment. You will lead a small team of engineers and QA specialists, delivering across voice, data, VoLTE, and messaging services with global operators.

You will own the core network architecture, signalling protocols, and regulatory compliance, coordinating with teams worldwide in a fully remote environment.

Formación

• Five+ years in mobile core networks design, implementation, integration, or operation.
• Two+ years leading engineers/QA in agile/project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of packet/core technologies incl. HSS/HLR, VoLTE, policy/charging, and legacy voice.
• Deep understanding of Diameter, SS7, SIP signaling and troubleshooting.
• Experience with SMS routing and interworking with other operators.
• Understanding of Full MVNO architectures and host operator integrations.
• Regulatory compliance experience incl. number portability, lawful interception, and emergency routing.
• Ability to coordinate multiple rollout streams and deliver on timelines.
• Experience with integration testing, stress testing, and documentation handovers.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across international teams.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, IaC, containers, and automated testing frameworks.
• Experience with MVNO vendors (Nokia, Ericsson, Mavenir, Oracle, Cisco, Summa, NetNumber, XIUS).
• Cloud or virtualized network functions on AWS/Azure/GC or private cloud.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of ~5 engineers and QA specialists across global rollout projects.
• Establish engineering standards, templates, automated testing, and documentation handovers.
• Lead technical integrations with host MNOs across signalling, packet core, voice, and messaging.
• Own design and implementation of core network components (HSS/HLR, packet core, signaling, messaging).
• Oversee Diameter/SS7/SIP signaling implementation, troubleshooting, and integration.
• Ensure end-to-end service readiness for data, voice, and SMS, incl. VoLTE and interconnections.
• Design and validate number portability routing per country regulations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and emergency service routing.
• Define test strategies, integration tests, load tests, and acceptance tests.
• Lead readiness reviews and handover to 24/7 operations under Build-to-Run.
