Jobgether is seeking a Senior Project Delivery Specialist to oversee complex, high-impact telecom projects for an international, fully remote team based in the Netherlands. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, external vendors, MNOs, and service partners to ensure successful delivery across multiple markets, from planning to governance and risk management.

You will work with Engineering, QA, Legal, and Product to deliver seamless solutions, maintain budgets, and ensure regulatory

Qualifications

• Telecommunications experience: At least three years in mobile telecoms.
• Project delivery experience: At least six years managing enterprise software deployment and integration projects.
• eSIM expertise and understanding of modern mobile connectivity services.
• Mobile roaming knowledge and use cases.
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile project management approaches.
• PM certifications (preferred): PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM.

Responsabilités

• End-to-end project delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans with scope, timelines, budgets, resources and milestones.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners (MNOs, vendors, service providers).
• Monitor performance, risks, budgets, and ensure quality standards.
• Apply project governance and best practices for clear stakeholder communication.
• Define success metrics and provide status reports for decision-makers.
• Coordinate regulatory compliance across new markets and manage escalations.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning, execution, and reporting across initiatives.
