HeadFirst Group is seeking a Program Manager – Global Workforce Solutions in Hoofddorp, with responsibility to shape and implement global workforce standards across MSP and contingent workforce. You will work with CBO portfolio and service owners, SMEs and regional teams to translate strategy into scalable operating models, standards and implementation programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program, project or workforce-solutions management.
• Deep practical knowledge of MSP/end-to-end operating models and KPIs.
• Proven ability to translate market insight into scalable global standards.

Responsabilités

• Programme-manage global MSP initiatives from strategy to adoption.
• Define and drive global MSP standards applicable across regions.
• Collaborate with regional teams, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and governance.
• Analyze performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
