Job summary

Vertage is seeking a highly experienced MSP/workforce-solutions expert to lead the global transformation of our workforce solutions. You will programme-manage MSP initiatives across regions, define global standards, and align governance, KPIs and reporting frameworks with regional teams and suppliers.

You will bring external market knowledge and deep MSP expertise to challenge existing approaches and implement scalable global solutions across Hoofddorp, the UK, the US and remote work

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program, project or workforce-solutions management, including hands-on MSP exposure.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end Recruitment MSP operating model.
• Experience translating workforce-solutions expertise into operating models and transformation initiatives.
• Experience with VMS, ATS and workforce technology.
• Experience operating across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

• Programme-manage global MSP and workforce-solution initiatives from strategy to adoption.
• Develop and implement global standards; drive governance and KPIs.
• Collaborate with regional teams, suppliers and stakeholders to ensure adoption.
