Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Deployment Leader to own the platform strategy for Biotherapeutics. You will translate priorities into technology roadmaps, deploy standards, and drive lifecycle management, capacity expansion, and major cost-improvement initiatives.

This role partners across Manufacturing, R&D, Quality, and Value Chain, guiding a team of managers and senior contributors in a global, matrix environment while aligning work with Credo and leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing/MSAT leadership.
• Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Experience partnering across international time zones.

Responsibilities

• Define and own platform-based advanced manufacturing strategy and roadmaps.
• Lead cost-improvement programs and deployment of new capabilities.
• Partner with R&D, Quality, and external manufacturing teams.
• Direct managers in a matrix environment and coach staff.
