Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an MSAT Strategy & Deployment Director to lead platform-based advanced manufacturing for Biotherapeutics. You will translate business priorities into technology roadmaps, deploy standards, and drive lifecycle management across global platforms.

The role collaborates with Manufacturing, R&D, Quality, Value Chain, and external partners, aligning capabilities with strategic goals while guiding cost-improvement initiatives and capacity expansion.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s preferred.
Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Define and own the platform-based advanced manufacturing strategy and roadmaps.
Drive long-range financial planning with leadership and translate goals into MSAT objectives.
Align strategy with NPIs, tech transfers, and lifecycle management across platforms.
Partner with Emerging Technologies to guide new tech onto roadmaps.
Research emerging tech and regulatory trends to maintain competitive advantage.
Evaluate and deploy technologies and standards through platform assets.
Lead cost-improvement programs and deploy new capabilities.
Provide technical leadership for technology lifecycle management.
Partner with Process Science/Modeling to deploy data-science solutions.
Coordinate Digital Architecture and Automation readiness with GET Automation & JJT.
Build relationships with Global Platform Leads, Site GMs, R&D, Quality and External Manufacturing.
Direct managers in a matrix, coaching and developing staff.
