Johnson & Johnson is seeking an MSAT Strategy & Deployment Director to define and own platform-based advanced manufacturing strategies for Biotherapeutics. The role translates business goals into technology roadmaps, and leads cross-functional teams across Manufacturing, R&D, Quality, and Value Chain to drive value realization.

The position requires a minimum of 10 years' experience, a relevant bachelor's (Master’s preferred), and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Technology)
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a related role
• Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus
• International collaboration across time zones required
• Fluent in written and spoken English

Responsibilities

• Define and own the platform-based advanced manufacturing strategy and roadmaps
• Deploy technology standards and capabilities across platforms
• Lead cost-improvement initiatives and capacity expansion projects
• Partner with R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing leadership
• Coordinate with GET Automation & JJT on digital readiness
