Job summary

Blue Lynx is seeking an HR Advisor to join a multicultural team in The Hague. The role focuses on immigration, international assignments, and mobility for expat staff and local hires, with close collaboration across HR, legal, and tax functions.

The candidate should have experience in global mobility, deal with external vendors, and manage complex immigration processes for international moves and secondments.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with immigration procedures and administrative support.
• Experience organizing immigration procedures for expat employees and their families.
• Experience in the Global Mobility field.
• Experience in international assignment management and with secondment assignments.
• Ability to manage external vendors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate immigration procedures and prepare work permit documentation for group project moves and individual transfers for international secondments and local hires.
• Support the placement process for internal talent, coordinating with external companies and ensuring compliant immigration solutions.
• Liaise with Government Authorities and Immigration vendors to ensure visa and immigration requirements are met for international assignments.
• Collaborate with HR, legal, and tax teams to resolve immigration and compliance matters.
• Ensure mobility activities comply with external regulations and internal policies.
• Handle administrative tasks to provide documentation for Immigration and social security to authorities on time.
• Act as single point of contact for assignees and project teams to manage mobilisations.
• Advise assignees and management on policies for international transfers and social security.
• Support business travellers with obtaining visas.
• Provide admin support with invoice processing and system updates.
• Support contracts management for international HR operations, including vendor reviews.
