Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare client cases and meet immigration deadlines.
• Advise clients on immigration questions.
• Respond to emails and calls with timely updates.
• Prepare and submit forms and maintain digital case files.
• Coordinate appointments with authorities and assist with registrations.
• Liaise with colleagues and external authorities to keep processes moving.
• Track progress and follow up on actions.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or expand services.
• Stay up to date with immigration regulations.
