Job summary

HEINEKEN in Amsterdam offers a fulltime internship in the Global Media, Issues and Crises team to support external communications and corporate media relations across traditional media, digital platforms and social media. You will gain hands-on experience, report to the Global Head of Media, and collaborate with colleagues across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and enrolled in a master’s program.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills; Dutch language skills are a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and execution of external communications and global media plans.
• Coordinate preparation and logistics of media interviews.
• Create external communication assets (Q&As, key messages, quotes, visuals).
• Support the Issues and Crisis Management process with regions and agencies.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and draft materials for various platforms.
• Compile coverage analyses and report to internal stakeholders.
