Job summary

Robeco Nederland is seeking a Business Manager to enhance the Global Marketing function's effectiveness and governance. The role partners with the Head of Global Marketing and the Marketing Management Team, translating priorities into concrete plans and driving execution with a hands-on approach.

You will coordinate strategic projects, support annual planning and budget provisioning, and ensure clear communication across Robeco's leadership.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
• Experience in strategy, management consulting, business management or transformation.
• Experience operating in a complex international organisation.
• Experience supporting senior leadership teams and executives.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Global Marketing with strategic analyses and briefing materials.
• Coordinate Marketing Strategy development, measurement, and governance.
• Prepare materials for ExCo, senior leadership and board discussions.
• Drive alignment across Marketing leadership and initiatives.
• Oversee annual planning, budgeting and workforce planning for Marketing.
• Foster clear internal communication and cross-functional collaboration.
