Morgan Latif is partnering with a leading international industrial organisation to appoint a Marketing Director – Benelux, based in the Netherlands. The role focuses on shaping marketing strategy, customer insight and product portfolio in a complex B2B environment.

The candidate will lead a ~35-person marketing organisation, work with sales and product teams, and drive go-to-market initiatives, digital marketing and regional growth across the Benelux region.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of broad B2B marketing experience.
• Marketing leadership roles (Director/Head) with strategic and operational scope.
• Strong experience in upstream marketing, market intelligence and portfolio development.

Responsabilités

• Develop Benelux marketing strategy aligned with objectives.
• Strengthen upstream marketing: insights, intelligence, trends.
• Lead downstream marketing: GTM, product launches, digital.
• Partner with sales to drive revenue growth.
• Link local marketing with central Business Areas.
• Develop segmentation and value propositions for B2B partners.
• Lead multidisciplinary team of ~35 with 7 direct reports.
• Manage budget and measure commercial impact.
