Job summary

NEM Energy Group in the Netherlands seeks a Marketing Manager to drive global marketing and communications across business units. You will analyze markets, organize partner events, and deliver campaigns while reporting on client satisfaction and growth opportunities.

You will collaborate with Sales and management, develop external and internal materials, and support the global network of partners. The role offers a diverse, international environment and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a commercial, business or technical field.
• Experience in a business-to-business environment.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Very strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
• Comfortable using AI tools to work smarter, for example in analysis, reporting and content creation.
• Willingness to travel abroad occasionally.
• Experience in the global energy industry is a plus, but not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out quantitative and qualitative market and business analyses for all NEM Group product lines.
• Organizing and supporting events, exhibitions and campaigns.
• Supporting our worldwide network of business partners, including partner events and performance reporting.
• Organizing and reporting on client satisfaction.
• Contributing to and executing the marketing and communication strategy.
• Developing marketing and communication materials for external and internal use.
• Helping make NEM the leading brand in its field.
