Job summary

Nutreco, part of the SHV family, is seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager to translate brand direction and business priorities into customer messaging and integrated campaigns. You will lead the Marketing Communications team, partnering with Brand, Digital Marketing and Events to deliver coordinated communications across global touchpoints.

Reporting to Global Marketing Operations Director, you will own communication planning, briefs, and agency delivery, driving business-unit adoption

Qualifications

Background in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
8–10 years of experience in marketing communications or related role.
Proven experience developing and executing communication strategy, planning, campaigns and customer-facing content.
Experience working in a complex, cross-functional or matrix organization.

Responsibilities

Lead translation of brand direction and communication strategy into customer messaging and campaigns.
Oversee content quality and delivery for global initiatives across channels.
Partner with Brand, Digital Marketing and Events to ensure coordinated communications.
Manage stakeholders and guide teams from concept to delivery.
