Job summary

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in marketing communications or a related role.
• Experience developing and executing communication strategy, planning, campaigns and customer-facing content.
• Experience in a complex, cross-functional, or matrix organisation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical or scientific information into customer-relevant messaging.

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing communication strategy and execute plans aligned with business priorities.
• Translate business priorities into clear communication frameworks, campaigns, and activation plans.
• Define communication objectives, messaging approaches, channel strategies, and success measures for key initiatives.
• Ensure consistency of messaging and customer experience across channels with branding and digital teams.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen brand visibility, thought leadership, and customer engagement.
• Translate complex topics into clear customer-focused communications.
