Job summary

Syntegon Packaging Solutions B.V., located in Weert, is seeking a seasoned B2B marketing professional to join our international team focused on packaging technology. You will drive always-on marketing activities, build sales tools, and create content for the food market.

With 5+ years in B2B marketing in engineering or manufacturing, strong English, and proficiency in CRM and content management, you will develop lead generation campaigns, case studies, and events.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, marketing or communications.
• Minimum 5+ years in a B2B marketing role with similar responsibilities.
• Experience in engineering/industrial/manufacturing sector required.
• Excellent English skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and common marketing tools (CRM, content management); AI experience welcomed.
• Experience developing sales tools.
• Experience in content creation and lead generation campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop always-on marketing activities and campaigns.
• Build sales tools to support the sales organization.
• Create content tailored to the food market.
• Develop customer case studies.
• Plan PR and advertising activities.
• Execute email marketing campaigns.

Your tasks

• Development of always-on marketing activities and campaigns
• Building of sales tools
• Content generation specific to the food market
• Developing customer case studies
• PR and Ad planning
• Email marketing
• Customer event management
• Trade show management
• Aligning planned initiatives with all execution markets
• Marketing initiative controlling (objectives and KPIs)
• Coordinating internal and external support functions such as agencies and the digital team

Your profile

• You have successfully completed a degree in business, marketing, communications
• You have 5+ years of professional experience in a similar role with comparable responsibilities in B2B marketing.
• Previous experiencein engineering, Industrial ormanufacturing sector is required.
• You possess excellent English skills
• You are proficient in using standard MS Office applications and have experience with common marketing tools such as CRM and Content Mgmt. Suites plus, first experience in AI applications
• You have also gained experience in developing sales tools
• You have experience in content creation and developing lead generation campaigns
