Syntegon Packaging Solutions B.V., Weert, part of the Syntegon Group, is seeking an experienced B2B marketer to drive always-on campaigns, content creation, and lead generation for food sector projects.

The role emphasizes developing sales tools, coordinating with agencies and digital teams, and delivering measurable results aligned with KPIs. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in business/marketing/communications or equivalent.
• 5+ years in a similar B2B marketing role with relevant duties.
• Experience in engineering/industrial or manufacturing sectors preferred.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Proficient with CRM and content management tools; MS Office; AI exposure.

Responsibilities

Syntegon Packaging Solutions B.V., located in Weert, is part of the Syntegon Group. In Weert we are Center of Competence for vertical form, fill and seal machines within the Syntegon Group. Here we develop and produce technologies for a wide range of food and non-food products, including stand-alone machines and system solutions with various process steps from weighing and dosing to vertical bagging, cartoning, case packing, and palletizing.

Your tasks

• Development of always-on marketing activities and campaigns
• Building of sales tools
• Content generation specific to the food market
• Developing customer case studies
• PR and Ad planning
• Email marketing
• Customer event management
• Trade show management
• Aligning planned initiatives with all execution markets
• Marketing initiative controlling (objectives and KPIs)
• Coordinating internal and external support functions such as agencies and the digital team

Your profile

• You have successfully completed a degree in business, marketing, communications
• You have 5+ years of professional experience in a similar role with comparable responsibilities in B2B marketing.
• Previous experienceinengineering, Industrial ormanufacturing sectoris required.
• You possess excellentEnglish skills
• You are proficient in using standard MS Office applications and have experience with common marketing tools such as CRM and Content Mgmt. Suites plus, first experience in AI applications
• You have also gained experience in developing sales tools
• You have experience in content creation and developing lead generation campaigns
