Job summary

AEGIR-Marine is seeking a Service Engineer (Seals) to deliver high-quality service on seals and propulsion systems worldwide. You will travel to shipyards and vessels, acting as the face of the company and supervising local shipyard personnel.

After training, you will be trusted with independent or team-based service tasks, using equipment developed in-house or supplied by fixed partners. This role offers learning opportunities through our academy and a clear path to advanced specialization.

Qualifications

• Training and development provided via internal academy.
• Willingness to learn, collaborate, and take ownership.
• Experience with seals and propulsion systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• High-quality service on seals and propulsion systems, independently or as a team.
• Act as the face of AEGIR-Marine and supervise local shipyard personnel.
• Frequent travel to shipyards and vessels worldwide.
• Work with top-tier equipment, developed in-house or sourced from fixed suppliers.
