Job summary

Framo Nederland seeks an International Service Engineer (Electrical) to maintain, troubleshoot, commission and repair FRAMO pumping systems on vessels worldwide. You will work directly with customers on board, ensuring safety and reliability while upholding Framo’s high service standards.

You start with inspections of FRAMO pumping systems and automation aboard ships, progressing to independent maintenance at customer locations globally.

Qualifications

• Good English, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel Worldwide.
• Technical education in electrical engineering (MBO level) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, commissioning and service activities on marine equipment and FRAMO pumping systems.
• Prepare service jobs for efficient execution in accordance with procedures and service standards.
• Travel worldwide to vessels, shipyards and customer locations.
• Diagnose electrical and control system faults and provide effective technical solutions.
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and in compliance with requirements.
• Document findings, actions and recommendations in detailed service reports.
