Job summary

allnex in Bergen op Zoom seeks a Global Maintenance Program Lead to drive the rollout of the allnex Maintenance Program (AMP) across regions, aligning sites and leaders to deliver reliable asset performance.

In this strategic role you will standardize maintenance practices, improve asset reliability, reduce costs, and lead change across a multinational manufacturing network with senior management collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Manager in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Regional or multi-site maintenance leadership experience is highly preferred.
• Strong program and project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of maintenance and reliability methodologies including RCM, ECC, BAA and BEC.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence, standardization and cost optimization.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret KPIs, identify trends and translate data into improvements.
• Experience implementing governance frameworks and driving compliance with global standards.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across organizational levels.
• Experience leading change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior leadership interaction.
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis capabilities including 5 Whys.
• Ability to work effectively across cultures, regions and functional teams in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead global rollout and execution of AMP across regions.
• Drive program adoption, monitor milestones, and ensure cost savings targets are achieved.
• Own key maintenance methodologies: RCM, ECC, BAA, BEC.
• Establish and maintain global maintenance standards and governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with regional leaders, plant maintenance teams and senior management.
• Develop KPI-driven reporting to monitor maintenance performance and financial impact.
• Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities and drive data-based decisions.
• Lead performance management to achieve global targets and timelines.
• Promote a culture of reliability, continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Build organizational capability through training, coaching and change management activities.
• Support journey toward world-class maintenance by implementing global standards.
