Job summary

Nobian in the Netherlands seeks an Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers and drive asset integrity across site operations. You will develop preventive maintenance plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and steer long‑term asset planning with risk-based spare parts strategies.

You will report to the Site Asset & Technology Manager, lead about 14 engineers, and join an international, ambitious environment with opportunities for part-time work (min 36 hours) and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering.
• Proven experience in leading and developing engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of preventive maintenance and asset management.
• Flexibility to work part time (minimum 36 hours/week) and fluency in English & Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of engineers to achieve asset integrity goals.
• Establish preventive maintenance and inspection plans aligned with regulatory needs.
• Ensure reliability and availability through continuous maintenance concept improvements.
• Provide engineering support for maintenance projects and turnarounds.
• Lead long‑term asset planning and risk‑based spare parts strategies.
