Job summary

Proactive Global in Zaandam, Netherlands is seeking a Shiftleader Preventive Maintenance to lead a skilled maintenance team in a highly automated logistics environment. The role focuses on ensuring availability, reliability and performance of automated equipment, while coordinating with Operations and Engineering to drive improvements.

Ideal candidates will have a technical leadership background, experience in logistics or industrial settings, and strong Dutch and English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience in a logistics, industrial, manufacturing or highly automated environment.
• Strong focus on safety, reliability and continuous improvement.
• Fluent Dutch and good English.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of 8 Preventive Maintenance Technicians.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance across a 5/16 shift system.
• Plan and monitor maintenance activities using Maximo.
• Coordinate with Operations, Corrective Maintenance and Engineering teams.
• Ensure maintenance work is carried out safely, efficiently and on schedule.
• Identify and implement improvements to maintenance processes, reliability and efficiency.
• Act as technical point of contact for the maintenance team.
• Contribute to continued development of preventive and corrective maintenance processes.
