Job summary

APM Terminals is seeking an Asset Management Planning Specialist to drive maintenance planning and scheduling across global deployments. You will embed CMMS standards, improve asset reliability, and support readiness during ramp-ups, go-lives, and stabilisation phases.

The role requires ~50% international travel and collaboration across Operations, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to ensure resources, planning accuracy, and continuous improvement in a dynamic, multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in maintenance planning or related field.
• Experience with CMMS/EAM and maintenance data management.
• Strong analytical and prioritization skills.
• Ability to collaborate across Operations, Maintenance, and Supply Chain.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish maintenance planning and scheduling during ramp-up, go-live, and stabilization.
• Embed maintenance standards and CMMS practices across deployments.
• Develop detailed maintenance work plans for safe, reliable execution.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to ensure resources.
• Support asset reliability through preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Coach local teams to build sustainable planning capabilities.
• Share lessons learned across terminals and projects.
