Job summary

APM Terminals is seeking an Asset Management Planning Specialist, BIM, to establish and embed maintenance planning standards across deployment projects. You will support ramp-ups, go-lives and stabilizations with strong CMMS usage and collaboration with Operations, Maintenance and Supply Chain teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in maintenance planning or asset management within industrial or terminal environments, with fluent English and willingness to travel internationally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, asset management, or a related function.
• Strong understanding of preventive maintenance and work order management.
• Ability to collaborate across Operations, Maintenance and Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement maintenance planning during ramp-up, go-live and stabilization phases.
• Embed CMMS/EAM standards and maintenance processes across deployments.
• Develop detailed maintenance work plans and schedules for safe, reliable execution.
• Manage and prioritize work orders within CMMS/EAM systems.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance and Supply Chain for resource availability.
• Plan preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs to improve asset reliability.
• Identify planning gaps and implement improvements for equipment availability.
• Coach local maintenance teams to standardize practices and build capability.
