APM Terminals is seeking an AM Business Process Expert to implement standardized asset management processes across new and transforming terminals. You will support BIM projects globally, ensuring operational readiness and adoption of AM standards.

The role reports to the Functional Process Excellence Owner and collaborates with the BIM team. You will onboard local Asset Management teams, train users on IFS CMMS-supported processes, and drive governance, data quality, and continuous improvement

Formación

• 5–8 years of experience in an operational Asset Management environment.
• Strong understanding of maintenance business processes and CMMS-enabled operations.
• Familiarity with ISO 55000 is advantageous.
• Practical know-how of asset lifecycle management and data governance.
• Excellent English communication and ability to train others.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the implementation of standard Asset Management processes at new and transforming terminals.
• Onboard and train Asset Management teams and key users on IFS CMMS-supported processes.
• Act as SME for AM processes during project phases including go-live activities.
• Drive standardization, governance, and continuous improvement of AM processes and data.
• Ensure asset master data and maintenance routines align with global standards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to support process improvements and change initiatives.
