Job summary

APM Terminals is seeking an IT Implementation Lead for the BIM Rapid Deployment Team. You will lead on-site IT readiness for ramp-ups, go-live support, and stabilisation across terminals globally while based at a home terminal.

The role requires strong deployment experience, cross-functional coordination, and mobility to support international projects. The role involves global travel, collaboration with IT, Operations and Planning teams, and delivering IT solutions in fast-paced terminal

Qualifications

Proven experience in IT implementation or deployment roles (≥5 years).
Strong understanding of IT systems for operations (TOS, infrastructure, integrations).
Experience with ITIL and service management is an advantage.
Willingness to travel internationally 40–50%.

Responsibilities

Lead on-site IT readiness and implementation for ramp-up, go-live, and stabilisation phases.
Identify IT prerequisites and align local and global teams.
Support FLOW IT tools, TOS integrations, and configurations.
Coordinate IT activities to align with milestones and project delivery.
Provide training and handover to local teams for continuity.
Contribute to continuous improvement of IT practices and standardisation.
Ensure IT incident management and escalation paths are in place.
