Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking an Logistics Operations Excellence Leader (PDx) to drive end-to-end logistics transformation and elevate service reliability, cost efficiency, resilience, and sustainability across global PDx logistics. The role involves developing standards, enabling digital innovation, and guiding cultural change while traveling approximately 40% to sites and suppliers.

The position reports to the Global Logistics Director and can be based in Eindhoven, Cork, Oslo, London or Budapest,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; Master’s/MBA considered a plus.
• Significant experience in logistics or supply chain with leadership responsibilities.
• In-depth knowledge of 3PL operations including temperature-controlled and controlled substances where applicable.
• Proven multi-site or global transformation delivery.
• Knowledge of GDP and other regulatory requirements.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear transformation roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Define & build tools, process, capability for network design, 3PL strategy, and sustainability programs deployment with associated tracking on their delivery.
• Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, technologies, and behaviour.
• Build and develop central team consisting of logistics professionals in radio-pharma and contrast media.
• Act as a champion for cultural transformation, fostering agility and collaboration.
• Identify inefficiencies and lead initiatives to optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with GDP and other relevant regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making.
• Oversee digital transformation projects, leveraging emerging technologies to enhance business capabilities.
• Communicate progress, risks, and successes to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
