Qualifications

Experience in an engineering role within logistics/manufacturing.
3PL environment experience is advantageous.
Good understanding of automation/robotics and process improvement.
Fluent English with strong communication and stakeholder management.
Hands-on, proactive and solution-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

Analyze operational and customer data to identify improvement opportunities and develop scalable supply chain solutions.
Translate business requirements into robust solution designs including layouts and processes.
Collaborate with customers, site teams and stakeholders to validate requirements and provide recommendations.
Represent Supply Chain in cross-functional project teams and assess logistics impact of plans.
Develop SOPs with HR/IT/Ops and ensure data availability for implementation and readiness.
Monitor progress and ensure delivery within quality, timing and cost targets while enabling continuous improvement.
