Job summary

PFSCM, located in Woerden, Netherlands, is seeking a Logistics Team Lead (French) to oversee a team of Logistics Specialists and coordinate end-to-end shipments for international health commodity programs. You will monitor OTIF performance, improve processes, and liaise with 3PLs, clients, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and accuracy of documentation.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7+ years of logistics/financial management experience, with fluency in English

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, freight, accounting, data management, or related field is required.
• 7+ years’ progressive experience in financial management of complex supply chain and/or transport operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day logistics activities and guide a team of Logistics Specialists.
• Manage end-to-end shipment coordination, OTIF targets, and vendor performance.
• Oversee SOP adherence, data accuracy, and incident management.
• Ensure compliance with country-specific import/export requirements and client deliverables.
