Job summary

PFSCM seeks a Procurement & Client Services Manager to lead end-to-end procurement, order fulfillment, and client services for international health projects from our Woerden, NL office (hybrid).

You will partner with the Global Fund’s PR Services Unit, manage a portfolio, supervise staff, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with Logistics, Procurement Projects, and Sourcing to ensure timely, cost-effective supply chain operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in procurement, supply chain, public health, or related area; master’s preferred.
• 8+ years of procurement and/or product category experience; previous management experience.
• Experience with international donors and public health sector; travel willingness.
• Excellent English communication; ERP experience; proficient MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assigned product and/or country portfolio’s order fulfillment strategy to meet client expectations and adapt to supply chain challenges.
• Provide order management oversight with other teams to ensure visibility from receipt to delivery and timely communication to clients.
• Maintain portfolio knowledge; represent PFSCM and align with Global Fund priorities and client needs.
• Develop and manage a work plan for effective fulfillment and risk mitigation; drive continuous improvement.
