Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics is seeking an Air Import Coordinator in Amsterdam to manage import shipments for assigned accounts. You will review documentation, coordinate customs releases, and handle international shipments to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires 1–2 years in airfreight or related fields, strong organizational and communication skills, and fluency in English. Proficiency with TMF and MS Office is advantageous, with a logistics-related degree preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in airfreight forwarding or related field.
• Knowledge of customs regulations and import/export requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• A Logistics related degree is preferred, but not required.
• Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the entire import procedure from shipping to delivery.
• Deal directly with clients, customs and agents for efficient cargo movement.
• Track and trace cargo to ensure proper movement and delivery.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and job costing in TMF system.
