Job summary

JD.COM in the Netherlands is seeking a logistics professional to manage international and cross-border operations with a focus on ocean freight and customs clearance. The role requires 2–3 years of relevant experience and strong communication and problem-solving skills to monitor shipments and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in international logistics, customs clearance, freight forwarding, or cross-border logistics.
• Familiar with FOB Incoterms and ocean freight operations.
• Experience with booking, customs declaration, B/L, and shipping documentation.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
