Job summary

ASICS EMEA is seeking a Logistics & Operations Specialist to support Onitsuka Tiger's global growth. You will drive 3PL projects, manage PO shipments, and oversee inventory and data maintenance to ensure timely product launches. The role requires 5+ years in logistics/SCM, strong SAP and MS Office skills, and experience in the fashion industry.

Remote/hybrid flexibility across EMEA is offered. Collaboration with Sales, Merchandising and Global teams is key, along with managing warehouse costs

Qualifications

• We require a Bachelor's degree in logistics or supply chain management.
• Minimum 5 years of logistics/supply chain and operations experience.
• Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience in fashion retail logistics and customs clearance is a plus.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 3PL project management and KPI-driven logistics improvements.
• Manage PO flow from factory to region, optimizing scheduling and delivery.
• Coordinate customs clearance and export/import processes.
• Monitor inventory, forecast accuracy, and free goods handling.
• Collaborate with Sales, Merchandising, Customer Service and regional teams.
