Job summary

ASICS is seeking a Retail Operations Graduate at our EMEA HQ in Hoofddorf (near Amsterdam) to support the retail network across multiple European markets. This fixed-term 6-month role may extend up to 12 months based on performance, offering hands-on experience with major projects like POS replacement and the DTC Summit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Affinity with sports or fashion.
• Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to communicate effectively with retail stores and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to retail stores and the Retail Operations team.
• Resolve store issues through the ticketing system to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Support the preparation and execution of inventory count season, including investigating results.
• Assist with store opening, refit and relocation projects from planning through to implementation.
• Support the planning and preparation of the DTC Summit event.
• Create and deliver training materials for retail stores to enhance operational standards.
• Support the testing (UAT) and implementation of the Retail POS replacement rollout across the retail network.
• Attend meetings and document minutes and action items to ensure clear communication and follow-up.
