Job summary

DSV Road GmbH in Hapert, NL is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support international key accounts in automotive and high-tech sectors from start to finish, coordinating with carriers and colleagues.

You will maintain daily contact with customers and internal teams, oversee shipments, monitor stock, and ensure timely dispatch. The role emphasizes ownership, problem solving, and clear communication in a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a logistics environment, preferably in a customer service role.
• Strong command of English.
• Clear communication skills and a practical approach to solving problems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily contact with customers, international colleagues, carriers and internal departments regarding sea freight, road transport and express shipments.
• Organise and monitor inbound and outbound shipments to and from the warehouse.
• Ensure accurate goods receipt and dispatch, monitor stock levels and maintain records in the warehouse management system.
• Resolve customer queries, discrepancies and operational challenges through clear communication and practical solutions.
