Job summary

EAE Solutions BV is seeking a Logistics Administrative Officer to join the Supply Chain Department in the Netherlands. The 32–40 hour per week role involves ensuring smooth flow of materials, coordinating with Procurement, Logistics, Inventory, Project Management and the Warehouse, and keeping data accurate for on-time project delivery.

You will handle orders, quotations, shipping documentation, and cross-functional coordination while supporting logistics activities across international teams

Qualifications

• MBO+ level education and working ability.
• At least 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, procurement, or a similar administrative role.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel; experience with Exact is preferred.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Processing and monitoring purchase orders, goods receipts, project data, and item information within our ERP system.
• Requesting quotations, following up on proposals, and maintaining contact with suppliers and logistics partners.
• Organising transportation and preparing the required shipping and export documentation for project deliveries worldwide.
• Keeping systems, documentation, and project administration up to date and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Coordinating schedules, deliveries, and logistics milestones with Project Managers and other internal stakeholders.
• Working closely with colleagues from Supply Chain, Sales, Engineering, and the Warehouse, while supporting logistics activities where required.
