Job summary

King of Reach by B&S is seeking an Operational Purchaser to ensure products remain continuously available and to optimize stock levels within our purchasing department.

You will monitor inventory daily, decide when to order and in what quantities, and coordinate with Purchase Managers, Stock Control, Logistics, and Sales to keep operations smooth. English proficiency is essential; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Vocational qualification in a commercial or administrative field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Structured, accurate, with good admin recordkeeping.
• Analytical and planning abilities; seeks process improvements.
• Fluent English; Dutch is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily inventory levels and determine order quantities.
• Consider shelf life and sales fluctuations to avoid stockouts.
• Communicate with Purchase Managers, Stock Control, Logistics and Sales.
• Coordinate with Finance on invoices and payments; liaise with suppliers.
