Job summary

Adyen, a global fintech company, seeks a strategic and technical Legal Innovation Specialist to join the Legal Strategy and Enablement team in Amsterdam. You will own the legal tech stack, integrating CLMs, e-signature tools, CRMs, and intake frameworks, while establishing scalable self-service portals and automating high-volume workflows.

You will deploy AI tools and lead change management across global legal teams.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Legal Operations or similar technology-led legal roles.
Hands-on experience with AI tooling and playbooks in a legal context.
Proven ability to lead complex technical implementations at scale.
Experience integrating enterprise legal tech with CRM/e-signature systems.
Strong data analytics, KPI dashboarding, and governance knowledge.

Responsibilities

Lead legal tech stack administration, roadmap, and integrations with enterprise platforms.
Architect centralized, self-service knowledge portals and smart resource hubs.
Map, optimize, and automate end-to-end legal workflows and contract lifecycles.
Evaluate, pilot, and deploy AI solutions and lead adoption across the function.
Design KPI dashboards to track cycle times, portal usage, and turnaround times.
Manage strategic tech relationships with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.
