Job summary
Loyens & Loeff’s AI Solutions Team in Amsterdam drives the firm’s AI transformation by delivering practical AI workflows that align with legal and business needs. The role blends legal expertise with hands-on solution delivery, focusing on configuration, knowledge structuring, and stakeholder collaboration rather than pure software development.
You will translate complex legal processes into scalable AI-enabled solutions, work with international teams, and contribute to documenting and guiding
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law or related field.
- Experience with legal knowledge, legal processes, professional services environment.
- Strong interest in legal tech and business processes.
- Ability to analyse complex workflows and translate to scalable solutions.
- Experience with AI tools, low-code/no-code platforms, and knowledge management.
Responsibilities
- Identify, analyse and prioritise opportunities for AI-enabled legal solutions.
- Translate legal and business use cases into practical AI workflows and coordinate with engineers.
- Define standards for structuring legal knowledge and information assets in AI solutions.
- Advise teams on knowledge management to enable scaling and reuse of AI tools.
- Coordinate intake, evaluation and delivery of AI initiatives with engineers and stakeholders.
- Design and execute testing to assess quality, usability and business value.
- Gather feedback and usage data to drive improvements and new opportunities.
- Prepare documentation and demonstrations to support adoption of AI responsibly.
